Today, is the day we find out if some of the boats under parts of the roof are safe. Last night as the sun set here, another miracle. The Rare Stuphen that we thought might have been damaged came out in one piece. No real deep inspections yet. Many boats are still under the roof, the 1961 Continental hardtop? is it still a hard top?  The Barnscarft, built here on the lake. Corvette boats, the first 17 foot barrel back ever made all still waiting to be freed. Stay tune for updates through out the day. Here are some images from yesterday.

Sadly this Donzi looks like it might have taken a tad much. But as we pull off the roof parts we are amazed!

The sacrifice header today. This little Riviera which is not in the best shape to start with, saved the day. It is supporting the roof with Absolute the award winning racer to the left and an original paint Cavalier on the right. This little Riv, is amazing!

Stay tuned through out the day for more live updates as we pull out boats.

That Riviera deserves to be redone just because she is a HERO!

What do they want for her?

No funny stuff with those cranes now.

Stay safe guys. It looks like there are way too many ways to get hurt freeing those boats from the wreckage. I bet that crane operator is being more careful than he has been in a long time!

Thanks for all the great survival stories. Let’s hope they keep coming. And hey, HEY, let’s be careful out there!

You’re all missing the real story here.

What’s with Matt’s pumpkin-colored facial hair? And is pumpkin this year’s grey? I never got the memo.
