Oh yea.. Floor it!

As we all head off to the big shows this weekend, this fun video sent to us from Chad should be an inspiration for you to get out there on the water and as a reminder that it’s always good to bring a shotgun with you.. .

Who dies in the end?

Who dies in the end? And no, a life jacket would not have helped.

A fun 9 minutes of 1970’s boat chase from the film Puppet On A Chain.. …Imagine remaking this at the ACBS show.. Now were talk’n! The bullet chase seen for boaters.. It does eventualy end..as expected!

Yeah! I want me one of those White “stay put” hats. Notice how the expression on either face never changed during the whole chase?

Good Fun. I think I wanna go for a boat ride.

Is it just me or does he look a bit like the main character in Kubrick’s “A Clockwork Orange.” (Regrettably, he’s also called Alex.)

Or a bit like the Child Catcher in Chitty Chitty Bang Bang?

That chase took too long because the silly Europeans have a thing for small motors. If one of them had a big block V8 like the Panther…

How come the bad guy was wearing the white hat??

Love the crowds standing on shore watching the action.

Anyone recognize those hulls? Euro or US? must have gone thru a few in that film sequence as he bashed the blue and white one on the bridge and then cut to the “bullpen” and its like show condition again. Tupperware can sure take a beating and the turning radius is outstanding. That was some industrial strength hair gel – must have used polyester resin instead while they had it on site.

makes that On Golden Pond stuff look lame!

20 years from now someone will be touting a pile of melted euroglass as the real “white hat boat “….
