Well, It’s That Time Of Year Again. Blanket Time!

A Crisp 80 degree day! Okay, it will get colder! And now is the time to order!

Oh, you thought maybe we were going to bring up last gasp already. NO WAY! it’s just getting to be blanket season. With the best boating of the year for a little bit left.

Rabbit has a special “Faribo Pak-a-Robe”… a throw in tote.

And always has a throw on board. Ya never know!

Brrrr, warms you up!

The fall colors and a crisp run out with your bride. Or for the 10% of you women, that also stay on the site, all 4% of you, your groom. Do you have a blanket? The good news is that our good pals at Faribault Mills have a mess of them. And now is the time to order one so you can enjoy a little more boating.

I use several, but my go to is the American Flag Blanket

The Wicker Sisters love it

It matches the interior color pallet. You can look on the Faribault site and find one that matches your boat

Red interior, Blue and White accents.

A small vintage LL Bean bag holds my phone and wallet. The Boatress calls it my purse.

Get out there for a little longer!

I don’t have a Faribault blanket on any of the boats, but I do have a couple for beds and they are fantastic when it actually gets cold out. For some reason that hasn’t happened here yet, but it will soon enough.

P.S. Thank you for removing the math, I couldn’t post a darn thing earlier this morning. Whoever was checking the answers was worse at arithmetic than you are at spelling!

We used to keep some warm blankets on the cruiser for early winter escapes on the Mississippi River near St. Louis to watch the visiting Eagles doing their “fly-fishing”. Those were memorable occasions.

Love the flag blanket! I my neck of the woods boating season runs May thru October. I actually look forward to the annual ritual of fall haul and spring launches. Absence makes the heart grow fonder!

Happy Belated Birthday Woodyboater. Thanks Matt and everyone for your comments and posts!!
It’s nice to see Matt making “blanket statements” about blankets. LOL

Have several. Very warm. Something about supporting the last woolen mill in the USA feels good too. Could have used one this morning. Woke up to 42° in Kansas.
