How cool is that? Check out the Manafold!

Thanks to long time fellow Woody Boater Chad and the gift that keeps on giving topics to judge, EBAY, we are blessed today with a Boatercycle. Yes, it’s the Liger of our passion. Pretty much my favorite vehicle.

Ya, it is what it is, and what happens when a motorcycle guy also is a Woody Boat guy. Now, to be fair here, this thing is bad ass cool. I would leave the patina, and little bit of imperfections. It gives it a soul, and you gotta admit, would be cool at your marina or in your showroom….. if you sold motorcycles and old boats? Or maybe a Motorclycle place on the water? Or maybe just be that guy that likes to dance to the beat of your own confused drum.

A Flat head 8.. Oh hell ya

Very fun and well done

now this guy is not the first, looks like the Brits did it first and made it actually useful….ish.. In a way to small kinda british way.

Enjoy the fantasy of owning the Boatercylce RIGHT HERE ON EBAY!!!!!

    Hmmm. Three wheel? It either:

    1) is missing a wheel to be a car
    2) has an extra wheel for a bike
    Or
    3) is missing wings

Two reasons to own a trike.
    1. You are too old for two wheels.
    2. Your luggage is too much for you to hold up.

Another Android issue. Clicked on the ebay link, clicked on the details link and there was no way to back out. It froze.

Looking at the header today I hope you’re running bubblers around that trawler. Or does the ice not get thick enough there to worry about springing a plank?

Its supposed to be 60 this week, the ice around the boat is slush, but YES.. I just docked it, and we havent had ice for 10 years here. I asked George Butler the go to wood boat hero here who is my neighbor and we are watching it. I also have a heater in it. one of those radiator type things, hooked up to the dock, not the boat.. The Trawler is being pulled in a couple weeks to be Survayed for insurance.

The big boat will be ok in this rare ice up….and we in VA can’t wait for next week….60…..will feel like 90 by comparison to the 6 I awoke to.

Creative. Challenge to other WB’s — could anything other than chocks be added????

I wonder why its’ not street legal? Seems to have a headlight and tail lights.

The CC manifolds are not functional – That is a hodgepodge of stuff – Ford V8-60, a bunch of distractions that would be dangerous on the street – burgees flapping in your face- and it’s gotta be heavy… interesting, but not my cup of tea… 🙂

I wish I had all the time back I just wasted trying to figure out if those CC manifolds were actually bolted to the heads. I see what appears to be the actual exhaust pipes inbetween the block and CC exhaust manifolds. Conversation piece for sure and a great marketing front piece.

4 Years ago at the big AOMCI meet in Tomahawk this appeared. This guy is creative! Twin Elgin air cooled outboards driving a trike. Notice the OMC controls and the water skiis for running boards.
