The marina was buzzing about the beautiful Riva all day. There were dozens of fabulous boats at the show Friday as always, but the public thought “Tramonto”, (Sunset in Italian) was just spectacular, and the judges agreed. We do not have the complete list of awards as of yet. If anyone does, please post in the comment section or email them to me.

Some of the goodness

We have gotten in an insane amount of images from Tahoe and are trying to organize it all. A huge thanks to Phil Andrews, Steve Lapkin, Steve Natale and Herb Hall from Sierra Boat Co for overloading us with AMAZING images. But here is a teaser of what is to come. CRANK IT UP! Thanks Phil Andrews for the Saturday wake up

Greg it WAS on my bucket list too. Thanks to my good friend Steve Lapkin and Darren Kramer we were out on the water at 8.30am waiting for her to come across the lake from her boat shed. Seeing her from the water was truly a bucket list moment. Those glorious twin engines would put a smile on anyones face.

Congratulations to my friend Steve and his wife Mary for running the tables at the Tahoe Concours. Not an easy feat and not accomplished many times. It reminds me of Fin & Tonic’s run in ’15. Hoping you land “People’s Choice” today Steve! Can’t wait to see Tramonto.
