Hurricane Huron Is Getting Close! Back To The Countdown!

Good God, that boat is not real!

You all know by now, that my pea brain can only manage one thing at a time. And spelling is an issue, and those are my good traits. math, and scheduling is a train wreck for me. Add to that, 3 shows this weekend, Reedville, Bob Speltz and some sort of start of Port Huron, and things get all twisted up. I think this has all stemmed from the fact that the Huron Show is a week long event, and so a countdown is screwy. Cause it starts on Sunday? Monday? Or when do we show up. See? So, Lets say its Monday.

Capt John Smith will be in Reedville. It took him 300 years to get here. Thats a countdown for sure

So its 4 Days away. Four. Reedville is ONE as in tomorrow and Bob Speltz is 1/2 cause I am sure that party has already started. AND, here in VA we are expecting some sort of overlap from the Hurricane out in the Atlantic.

Bob has a show and chapter named after him. One of the giants of the culture

But, its getting closer to Last gasp, and I promise you will want to milk every free moment you have sucking in the varnish for the long winter of complaining. You are not boating for today anymore. You are boating, or show boating for the winter. So get out there, or up there, or over here. Soon enough you will be raking leaves, and complaining!

    I’m sure Greg is already figuring out how to plug the 2019 show already. Only 367 days? Or is it 374? When does that show start?

      Greg will not have to plug the 2019 show. That one will be the responsibility of one of the New York chapters as the show is scheduled to be in A Bay (A Bay, Eh? in Canadian). If you are looking on a map, A Bay is about 10 miles in the colder direction from Clayton and the ABM and ACBS HQ.

    The Michigan Chapter gang will be sleeping the ALL the WEEK of September 16th!!!
    But I hear the “other” Michigan Chapter ” (the Water Wonderland Chapter) is already hard at work planning your return to PURE MICHIGAN, in September 2020!
    That’s 734 + or- days away, plenty of time to finish that restoration you may be starting this coming winter…
    2020 will be another chance to explore totally different Michigan waters near the Straights of Mackinaw.
