We removed a dying tree next to barn, boat is high and dry for now. Water is already standing in spots in the pasture and we haven’t even gotten to the “good stuff” yet… maybe one more run to the liquor store might be in order!

    Hagerty’s service is excellent.
On the way home from the Algonac Show in June we hit a log with our 1972 Commander 28ft.
Damaged all of the running gear on both engines and had to be replaced with new, everything was too bent to be repaired.
Hagerty was great, sent pictures and estimates and received the approval the next day to start the repairs.
No questions asked and received the checks for the repairs shortly after.
Carla even called to check to see if my wife and I were OK and not injured.
Some people say Hagerty is expensive but this type of service is worth a few dollar more in yearly premiums.

We looking for 60/70 MPH winds and 5 foot tidal surge from hurricane Irma in Carrabelle, Fl. Boat is under the house mostly out of the wind and tidal surge shouldn’t put more than a foot or two under the house…not enuff to float the boat off the trailer.
They issuing evacuation orders for parts of the county so we heading back to Tallahassee shortly. As others indicated Hagerty will be there if we need them but we have done everything to insure that won’t be necessary.
