Next week we’re going to visit a place that has so much water they have to count the land mass by the number of islands they have. So this week it may be appropriate to visit a place with the opposite problem. Problem??? Not if you have a woody boat!!!

Minnesota probably has a thousand lakes and many of them would be great destinations for the woody boater. To find one that fits your plans, click on the link above and start looking. With so many to choose from it may be tough. You could simplify this by just starting out at The Chain of Lakes Classic Boat Show on Lake Darling in Alexandria, MN hosted by Minnesota Lakes Maritime Museum. The show will be at Arrowwood Resort & Conference Center.

By attending this great show first you’ll have plenty of new friends to ask for advice on your next Minnesota lake destination. There’s so many to choose from.

Just do it, you won’t regret it.

Added: Be sure to check next week, well actually every day, but next Thursday we’ll be featuring another Monthly Destination extravaganza. This one you don’t want to miss!

I love it up there. That one week of summer is magical.

Unless you’re from there and are used to the climate it can be different. The show IS during that week of summer though. Heehee.
