Reporting live from the Woody Boater Mobile Unit, just crossed the Mississippi River under the arch in St Louis on our way to Boulder. Plans are in place to start a bureau there. A Woody Boater Boulder Bureau, A Woody Boater Boulder Bureau, A Woody Boater Boulder Bureau,.. ha, say that three times. Also the home of Woody Boater Pete Woods and the Rocky Mountain Classics ACBS chapter… More to come.

I did not know that you could get from the mississippi to boulder, unless you are headed up the colorado. I thought that in some years there would not be enough water. I boat on the Great Lakes and the St. Lawrence River. I guess I am spoiled with what seems to be an endless supply. In reality I have watched water levels change dramaticly over the years. Luckly you need only a few inches18" to slip in a Lyman with an outboard.

That last comment is Classic.
You shouid have slowed down long enough to say Hey while enjoying that Gateway Arch. You drove within a mile of my home (by St. Louis Airport) just off I-70. I would have treated you to lunch at Chuck-A-Berger, the last of the Drive-Ins with live car-hops. Maybe on your way home.
