The 11th Annual Antique & Classic Boat Show at Garvan Woodland Gardens on Lake Hamilton, Arkansas is well under way today. The event, which is hosted by the Heartland Classics Chapter ACBS, is once again a big success with lots of cool boats coming out to celebrate the warm spring weather – today in the mid-80’s.

Fellow Woody Boater Kathy Parker snapped a few shots today of the event and sent them to us…

Here’s Skipper Collier aboard his nicely prepared PennYan… It’s always great to see the young Woody Boaters participating at these local events.

Garvan Woodland Gardens is in full bloom again this year, which certainly makes for a wonderful and unique setting for a classic boat show. To learn more about the magnificent botanical gardens at the University of Arkansas you can click here .

“Mandalay” – The sharp color scheme and styling of this outstanding Higgins utility definitely sets it apart from the others…

The crew on the classic Watkins owned XK in charge of the morning wipe down procedure… Work before pleasure they say.

And we all know that presentation is everything at these fun boat shows… and Riva owners Clay & Patty appear to have this down to a science with Patty’s traditional – period correct Zebra outfit. Great stuff guys!

Don and Kathy’s cool wood Carver outboard ready to enjoy the day cruising on beautiful Lake Hamilton…

Bruce & Correne on the water with thier elegant HackerCraft Gentleman’s Racer.

Thanks to Kathy Parker for sharing her photos from Lake Hamilton earlier today, and to the Heartland Classics Chapter ACBS for hosting this great event.
