Bill Anderson South Seas – Photo Gabe Augustine

Thanks to Hagerty Marine Insurance and photographer Gabe Augustine in there latest Current Newsletter, we get to drool over some of Bill Anderson’s and Del Van Emmeriks stuff to distract us all from the time we are still living our regular lives. I won’t waste your time babbling on about it all… OK, wait, yes I will.

Just fantastic. Third, it’s fantastic to the second power that Hagerty cares enough to share such stuff with all of us, as well as show up at shows, and by the way, support the culture in many ways, financially, and with information. We absolutely love  being able to say, Hagerty is the OFFICIAL INSURANCE OF WOODY BOATER! By the way, Carla will be at Lake Dora in the tent between us and Katzs Marina. So stop on by and say hi. OK, now we can drool over the shots. READ THE DETAILS HERE!

These are just a few of the feature boats from the Michigan chapter 2014 show. The photo shoot was done on Friday before the show. You don’t get freighters in the background at many other venues.

Texx, without being able to see the location of the bridge, I can’t tell, but Carl Garmhaus is our resident freighter export. I hope he will chime in and answer your question.

I guarantee you that the Red ‘Boat’ in the Header is NOT plastic!! However it is entirely fitting that that Cadillac Sea Lark be pulled by a Cadillac ‘deVille Convertible!! What a pair!!

Man o man, with all this Plastic Love, pulling out my Summer clothes and sun tan lotion to get ready to head South on Saturday, I really, really want to pull out the old Lake N Sea and hitch it up…
But knowing that when I get back, it will be the first week in April, and that means pulling out all our Classic cars and boats, and start cruisin…
