In my wonderful little town of Reedville Virgina there is a small home for sale on the main drive. Now, I pass this home weekly…. daily and never thought of anything special being in the garage. But like most cool little treasures, the secrets behind garage doors or in this case ratty curtains. The home is for sale and in the listing is a little addition to the copy. Read below.

I have lived in Reedville for a while and never saw this in the water, but the Garmen thing is at least 2005 vintage?

Thats a 40hp on this little boat. Plenty of vintage power.

Here is her link! SeeItByBoat.com That’s right she shows homes by boat, the way all waterfront homes should be seen, and she grew up in Reedville, and knows all the hidden gems.

Well, I guess if you worked in the District, it would be ideal.
Haven’t been there in a while but I think I’d rather be a little closer in, like Bethesda, Silver Springs or even in my old house in Wesley Heights…..even though none of those places have a river in the back yard…I remember tho my dad used to take us to Annapolis and Atlantic City on weekends so we could be near the water.

I think Becky’s got a really cool niche there!

Becky has it dialed in for sure. She also owns a cool vintage work skiff, and has been on the water here since birth. Her father owns the Matthews Martinique we speak about as well. Here is one of many signs she uses around the area.

I wish my dog had enough income to be looking at waterfront realestate!
