Hi, ya that’s moi!
If you are a Brass Bell reader you may have noticed that in this latest issue, yours truly, Mr Woody Boater himself is featured. Despite the almost 10 years of doing stories on the subject of Classic Boats, every day, I am not big on talking about myself. I would rather focus the camera and attention to my passions, of which classic boating being a huge one. So a huge thank you to the Brass Bell folks who clearly feel the same.

Yikes! I feel so exposed!
This time I was the focus, soon to be shoved into a bookshelf or coffee table for awhile until the next one. Anyhoo, if you are not a member of the Chris Craft Antique Boat Club, you need to be. While you’re at it, join the ACBS and have all your bases covered. It keeps you up on stuff out there and you help fund the culture in a collective way. We all need each other. You can Join the ACBS RIGHT HERE, and the CCABC RIGHT HERE.

Congratulations Matt!
Now wasn’t it just a little while ago you were down in the dumps wanting to do a restoration to Woody Boater. We all said you were doing a great job. This is what they call the big red cherry on the cake.
Thanks again for all you do for the Woody Boater family!

I am a member – but have not received my Brass Bell yet so I can not read the accolades…….but I’m sure I will concur. It is a daily stop for me to check in. Thank you for all your efforts.

Well deserved, Matt. You have done more to get the word out, on a consistent basis, to so many diverse people; young/older, woodenboat/Fiberglass owners, and just the general public, thru your efforts in advertising with your great photos and captions, and T.V. specials, Etc.
Enjoy the limelight, it is well deserved,
Ranger
