Today we are headed to Europe for a tour of Germany, Austria and Italy’s most beautiful lakes. With 4 days been spent on Lake Como. We look forward to reporting if possible from Europe and hopefully showing our readers the magic of WoodyBoatering liverish from the other side of the pond. Right now we have no real plans on the lakes, just when we are set to be there. So if anyone over there wants to have some fun, we are game and it would be fun to introduce you to the Woody Boater universe. Our towns being visited are Munich Fri-Sat, then a slow drive to Salzburg, ( home of the Sound of music) and then to Verona and some Lake Como time, ending up in Venice.. Italy, not Venice LA, or in that mall in Vegas, the real Venice, the one that is sinking. We do have a very special place to visit with over 600 boats in one museum the Museo Barca Lariana in Pianello del Lario on Lake Como. Here is a cool video of the museum.
Half the fun about a WoodyBoater road trip is not knowing what we will find. And that’s the plan. No plan. So stay tuned. We do have some normal stories we have been hording so we can stay regular. And at our age, being regular is sometimes what its all about! Woohoo. Any of you all going to be there?
