    That last gif is disturbing! Is she trying to use the flapjacks as a turn table? And what is the deal with the bread goat?

    I am not sure industrial design is “art” in the normal sense, even though some if it is quite well done. as for the 61 cc continental, I am not sure the rear roof supports are all that inspired from the perspective of the overall design of the boat, as to their location, the holes, etc. However, the boat has a certain charm when placed with its competition, the century coronado, which i think was the impetus for moving cc styling in this direction. Paul Harrison did a fantastic job with the restoration a few years ago of “over the top”, as a great example of this model.

    John Wayne spent a lot of time boating in the Pacific Northwest – that photo has to have been a bit staged, as I don’t think he wore the western garb when he was not on a horse! 😉 As for the Chris Craft drawing – I can’t get past the starboard fin rendering – it’s just not quite right…
