HOLY CRAP! WOW! ZOW, POW.. Slap my face and call me Sally! SHAZAM!

A huge thanks to Steve Lapkin for keeping the Tahoe Show going here on Woody Boater. Its not easy to be at the show, trying to harvest a bazillion photos and then try and weed through the great stuff at night when you are exhausted. Been there and tried to do that. But we here can have fun with scraps and today we have some amazing interiors that should inspire us all to go beyond Red and Blue!

This is my ALL TIME favorite color for an interior. Not sure, but this may be Al Schinnerer’s Triple? Someone can correct me please.

With matching stripes. AMAZING! Its the perfect color to bring out the warmth of mahogany.

Love the wheel! And wood tones that blend together in a perfect dance of Nature and chrome

Zebra! Go for it. Love this texture

A classic Hacker Craft green.

Another Hacker Green with just the right shade of Wood. Love the simple wheel and gauge panel

Everything looks new and exciting on Lake Tahoe. The light, the clear atmosphere. AHHHHHHHH!

I think your “favorite” green interior and deck seams belong to a 1940. 25 sportsman.

Al’s triple had birdseye maple on the dash if I recall. looking for a picture of it and will post if i locate it. I agree that has a great (if somewhat campy) granny smith apple colored upholstery.

The Tahoe show is definitely on my bucket list! Looking forward to more pictures.

On a different note I was in the Les Cheneaux/Hessel Show yesterday and I wanted to give a shout out to the wonderful crew they always have. The show is extremely well organized (especially with the launch and retrieve) and everyone is so friendly.

I attended the Hessel show for the first time yesterday, too and was blown away by the size and quality. I figured I would be going to a sleepy boat show in some remote area of the UP….boy was I wrong. My only complaint was that there were too many people. I guess thats a good problem for the area and the organizers and the hobby. But I was thinking mostly about me amd my personal space

With your connections I would think you had no problems with space. Unless you were weaving while walking down the docks. 🤣
