GET OUT! GO! GO ON NOW!

POW!

This is it! The weekend for many! The leaves are ready, your camera better be charged up. And you will need to muster all the summer you have left in you to get out there and enjoy this weekend. Sadly it’s starting to be that time of year. That time when the leaves turn and the water and air are crisp. That time when for around two hours a day, the weather is perfect and then becomes too cold and bitter to enjoy.

One of my favorite fall shots from the very first last gasp week. I think this may have been the first shot we ever got.

Old Hessel header. I think this was shot in August!

It’s a beautiful day here in northern lower Michigan but alas all the boats are out and winterized. Also the docks and lifts are out so the lake ice doesn’t distroy them this winter.

Only 7 months tell launch again (sh-t) 😣!

It IS Faribault Blanket time. We’ve already had snow in Minnesota/Sconnie. I’m afraid my last gasp has passed.
