According To My iWatch WoodyBoating Is Exercise! Oh Hell YA!

,

Breathe!

Okay, right off the bat, my iWatch kinda kills the entire zen moment of time suspension. It’s hard to feel in the time warp moment and see some sort of Dick Tracy thing on my wrist. But. The Watch is my ankle bracelet, and allows me to wonder around, and the office can reach me in seconds. My wrist vibrates a lot with all sorts of messages. Including taking a time to breathe! Oh really? If I breathe in I might gag with the smell. Can it tell me that?

Oh yea, I am working out…

But the best part is all the bouncing around, and maybe my heart rate getting lifted tells watch I am exercising? Oh ya! I am exercising for sure. My right to exercise a boat ride during the work week! So, see, boat rides are not only better for your anxiety, but if you go fast enough in rough water, you may improve your heart and loose weight.

ahhhhh! that felt good, I need to go eat something now to get some energy back

Now if I could figure out how many calories I burn boat riding, I am smelling a new fitness empire. Boat ride yourself to health. I am thinking of becoming a personal Boat Ride trainer! Maybe get Jane Fonda to do a workout?

Oh Jane!

The ‘Pacer’ App stated the 22 mile choppy water boat ride exceeded my daily 10,000 steps and set a new max for calories – – I thought it was a wonderful ride too – –

With all the “exercise” we get are we now athletes? Is the Woodyboater triathelon riding in 3 different boats in sequence or will one triple cockpit suffice?

I throw my phone in the glove box on the boat and any given saturday the step counter is 5000+

Would you burn more calories by not being the master of your domain? A boat ride does last longer and doesn’t require a blue pill.

Maybe practice your putting when the boat’s not in the water or the weather is uncooperative. Technique matters.
