Found Art I Need To Find. John Barber Print.

Butler Railway by John Barber

I had seen this work of art one day at George’s house, and have been looking for it since getting the Railway. It’s a very limited print and a very early one from well known Maritime Artist John Barber. His stuff is everywhere around the bay and  the world for that matter. He captures the boating scenes wonderfully.

But now owning the Railway it would be of course fantastic to have one of the prints, or mind blower here, the original for the wall in the “office” which is the building featured in the wonderful Watercolor.

This was one of my old ‘stomping ground’ stops when I was working in D.C., bought several nice pieces of art from them which I still have:

Their page shows your boatyard print — if you haven’t already, call them and get on their ‘locating’ list. One definitely needs to be displayed in the office.

I have a signed piece of the butler railway. 109 of 500 I was researching what it might be worth. Do you know of a website that provides that information?
