Looking Back From Last November.
It’s been about a yearish since we started to dig into the, well, dirt. Mud and stuff. Piles of wood, gravel, tons and tons of it. But slowly but surely it’s getting a little more, more, I don’t know what more? It’s just more Railway-ish with a little curb appeal. The trick all along has not to overdo it, which of course I have. Everything is art directed.
And of course the sketch of the future. Once plants grow in, and a new deck on the office. This is how I have been visualizing it all. With rough sketches.
Stay tuned, today is ROADTRIP day. 12 hrs of but numbing driving. I hope Mr B has learned to drive better.. he gets easily distracted. SQUIRREL!
Very positive changes!
Progress!
Boat Roadtrip?! Did someone say ROADTRIP?!! New find?
Railway is looking great.. STILL waiting for the “FISH Condo” to go up across the street!
Wheres the flagpole with yardarms gonna go? 🙂
and Happy Birthday to USMC… Semper Fi !
I realize that this a bit off subject, and I have posted this before. Today November 10 is the date in history, that the sinking of the 730 foot Great Lakes freighter Edmund Fitzgerald happened Those of us who have boated on the Great Lakes for many years, remember her well. Please keep the family of her 29 crewmen who perished in your thoughts and prayers today. Thankfully no disasters such as this has occurred on the Great Lakes in the last 46 years.
Amen!
God bless the crew of the mighty Fitz!
Well done Matt. I’m sure this great property says ‘thank you’. It lives again.
Hey!! Look at me!
Lookin’ good!
Very nice transformation…
Looks beautiful Matt!!!
Alot of hard work and well planned.
Mr B did a great job of supervising. I knew Mr B could do it.
If only dogs could run the rest of the world!
Doug
Looking great!
We will be RVing in Virginia Beach from March 21 thru the 28th, while traveling North with our RV. Bad timing since you will be in Mt Dora, but we will take a day trip up to Reedville anyway to tour the famous Woody Headquarters and the town of Reedville. That way I will have some knowledge of the area when you post stories.
As a past Marina owner who also took pride in making small and large improvements over a 10 year period, I am reliving those days thru your hard work and achievements. Job well done…
Only 12 hrs?? How about Atlanta to Gilford, NH to Omaha and back to Atlanta, 3745+ miles and counting.
❤️🙏. We should remain patient, yet reluctantly anticipatory, of the sketches that yield another marvelous chapter. 🤟
