On The Road Sausage

Ebay photo. This must have been very close to delivery day, not the card on the hatch.

Like many of you, this week and next are going to be spent with family, friends and not boats. My hours will be random, and the stories may be off topic. If there is a topic, or even if any of our stories are ever on topic. But then again, we may find some cool ass stuff, and thats always fun. You never know here in Woodyboaterville. Hell, I don’t even know. It’s been day to day for 14 odd ish years. Dam! Anywho, stay tuned. BABY CHICK will be sitting sweet, Sweet Pea is sitting in the water, WECATCHEM is at the Katzs Spa, and well.. Thats it.

This would be a great name for a Boat show picnic event

LOVE old signs like this. DeLUXE!!!! I miss that word

Is ZEPHER still around?

Greetings

Looks like fun

AMEN BROTHER! Oh and please dont spray that kid

Darla and Betty puffing up!

LOOK AT THAT SHIRT!

Knoxville Tennessee lake 1956

And my favorite. I can tell you the backstory on this one. First it’s one of their husbands taking the photo. Morty. Morty is always goofing off. Edna and Mitzy are close friends and eating lunch. CLICK.. Okay, not that the photos have been printed. Edna, NO WAY IS THAT PHOTO BEING USED. BURN IT.. MORTY- No one will ever see it. Dont worry.. And today.. BAM!

Edna is still not amused.

To continue the story: I found this picture of Edna and Mitzy’s granddaughters (Zuzu and Jessika) together. After all these years the the two families are still close.

I’d say the way she has that leg cocked, and in those high heels. She is trying to take his mind off fishing😃

That photo in Tennessee bears some further investigation. Almost every boat on the lake is over loaded with people!
