Matt how much time do you spend on the internet looking for these unique photos? I’m starting think you have a whole office of elves doing all this work. Damn, you make me look like a slacker. What’s up in your life for next year? I doubt anyone could have anticipated that you would buy a marina this year. How about we have a contest to forecast what off-the-wall activity you come up with next year? There also are another 5 days of this crazy year that you could surprise us with. Looking forward for this year to end.

Not exactly marine related, but I thought I would share an old photo of what the wall of our cottage garage looked like when the original owner had it. He was a retired Detroit cop that had a fondness for firearms. The old neighbors all loved him and told us he would throw some wild parties at the lake with his old cop buddies.

You know, this has been a hidden obsession for me for a long time. Down on Judge Street in Mt Clemens is the dying remains. It would be awesome to put a new roof, doors and windows in it, even just as winter storage space. If anyone has a line on making it a reality, let me know!
