Kent O. Smith Jr Has A Little Bitty Fun Torturing Us Smiths, With Some Burlington Fun!

,

Kent brings the heat to Vermont

While here at the Global HQ we are getting ready, me at odd hours in a mask alone, and others jumping in to help. Kent O. Smith Jr is out having fun on the wonderful water of Lake Champlain in Burlington Vermont at the big ACBS International. And to add to the fun, they are all appear to be having a fantastic time. Waving and galavanting around like Winter isnt coming.

Really? Really? Kent O. Smith  Jr, is now just taunting me.

Okay, okay, Matt keep your COVID bitterness inside and be happy for “these People” they all didnt give you COVID.

For gods sake stop having fun..

Okay Matt, me, just calm down and breath in and breath out. okay, thats better… calm, breath.. COUGH COUGH, oh crap! Bitter thoughts.. stop the bitter thoughts.. Cough..cough.. Flem, cough… Thanks Kent, thanks alot for the torture.. You..you..you..

Flat water and  Cameras everywhere.

When Mr O.Smith is shooting you, put your camera down

Exactly! This is how you do it!

Okay, so now Kent is gonna really tick off the Boatress.

UGh.. This boat is one of my all time top 10 boats. Owned by Alan Jackson, and the best name ever.. EVER!  I would have bought this for the Boatress in a nano second!  And this is just a reminder of her being around me is dangerous. AND has tickets to Alan Jackson tomorrow, so she has avoided me..literally like the plague.

Look how happy they are.. well, life goes on for a little bitty while.

Happy to see Kent is getting some great images of the fun. Flat waters are a real bonus. Good thing the covid interuptus has not stopped your fingers from taping on the keys.

I often quote Alan Jackson’s song “Drive.” “You can’t beat the way and old wood boat rides.” I wonder if he’s ever been towed in?

Get well, stay healthy, and go boating!

Matt, you would really be sick if you found out how little “Little Bitty” sold for at auction when AJ let it go. It was probably a little small for his tall stature. We put a bottom on it 15-20 years ago a few years after it sold.

Someone told me that Children’s Harbor auctioned it off and was > $14.5k and less than $19k. That was 20 years ago and I don’t remember the source but they were in the “inner circle” and had no reason to doubt their info. My daughter did a photo shoot with the owner on Lake Chatuge Ga as Blue Ridge Chapter’s boat of the year for publication in the annual ACBS directory.

Actually it was donated to a great charity. https://www.childrensharbor.com/ Children’s Harbor provides children with serious illnesses and their families a place to be themselves- to have fun and relax – while also receiving no-cost services that make like a bit easier for the whole family.

I knew I should have turned north when I came out the Harlem River. I would be having fun with Kent O instead of recovering from Reedville Covid.

Isn’t Little Bitty the sister to stinky? You already have it! OK I’m confused maybe it’s just the Covid messing with my brain.

I think I’ll go take a nap now.
