Bob Griswold’s “Lucky Pup” on Green Pond – Photo Bob Kays

A huge thanks to Bob “Have I got a calendar for you” Kays for sending us two wonderful shots of his Last gasps. Now its not a bunch of fall shots, noar is it poetic or romantic. But it does leave the door open for me to editorialize.

An ode to Mr Kays, a wonderful eye and camera that captures a gaze.
He is out there waiting for you when you motor out to plays.
He does it with passion and joy, and refuses to not get pays.
And when it’s time to say goodbye to the water ways, he just sends in two photos.
Because he is saving the good ones for is Book Of Days!

Relax back in late August before all the water disappeared on Lake Hopatcong
