Fellow Woody Boater Steven Gray from Stillwater Boat Company ( No Website yet) had sent us some shots of the progress of his restoration of his personal 1951 22 Foot Chris Craft Sedan. A U22 with a hard top….What struck me was that even striped down to its bones it was still beautiful. Once again making my point… These wonderful classic boats are moving art. And thus should be treated that way. This one is a nude, for example… A tasteful nude… not a cheap sleazy nude…… for the record, if this gets your motor running in that way… you have issues… and should go back to your shoe fetish! mmmm shoes…..the red tipped with a big heel kind…….with the curved back end like a barrel back… mmmm barrel backs… wait… stop….

    Hi there,

Can you assist with an email address for Steven Gray?

I have tried several ( most ending with, ‘earth link’) but they have bounced back.

I was also unsuccessful in finding Stillwater Boat Company ( or at least the correct SBC, there is one that builds canoes ) on the net and SG&K Classic boats also seems dysfunctional.

I have commenced the restoration of a ’47 Chris Craft Sedan that is almost identical to Steve’s and I would very much like to swap some stories.

Any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated.

    Cheers

    Mark
