A New Type Of Boat Ride. Unplugged to Unplug

,

The calm before the winter

Berlin Bureau and I had an idea. Why not take folks on a boat ride, without all the editing, music, words yada yada. Just engine sounds, and a slow video of it. Now, there is a rule in this video universe. Short and keep it under 1 minute. But there is a new trend to just let it go. And in the case of this boat ride, it was a trifecta of perfection.

One old man, two dogs, Suzy2 and all in 4K. So open it up on your screen.

Insane weather, flat water, and a sunset that had to be experienced.  And instead of romancing it, just let the rawness of it goooooooo!  Let us know what you think. it’s 8 minutes of warmth. And maybe would be great to watch in those winter months.

We are also going to be featuring more on WoodyBoater Youtube, and delete several of the other channels that were made over the years.  HERE IS THE CORRECT NEW CHANNEL. If you are a Youtube person, please subscribe. You will get the videos as they are uploaded, AND some other special content that wont be here.  This is a new direction for us, and will be a fun way to expand the WoodyBoater Empire-ish. Okay Village, Okay Okay Home.. Okay would you believe a room above the Garage..

Nice video once I figured out how to get to it. Beautiful sunset cruise on some big water. The “old man” skipper looked like he was in his element, but Suzy 1 missed a nice boat ride. Thanks for sharing!

Wanted to add a nice Algonac memory Mr. Lapkin took aboard Tiger Lily.

I posted my “last gasp”ride on YouTube a year ago. I was on my way to work, going over the Leo Frigo bridge. Looking at the bay and the beautiful weather, I turned around and went for a ride. Check it out. “1957 Lyman north of Green Bay “.

NICE!!! It was great to watch, since all my boats are winterized. The dock comes out next weekend. You have to admit Matt, that beats wrenching on an old Jeep.

I don’t know – there seems to be a lack of attention to the course while underway on the part of the skipper – nice pants, by the way… 😉
