Century '39 Thunderbolt Model

Well, here is the only photo I could find in my files of the model. Sorry for the driver being asleep behind the wheel. That’s my grand daughter, Kirby at about 4 weeks of age. Starting her out a little early perhaps. She’s grounded until she can learn to stay awake in the cockpit. Her younger sister (by 18 minutes), Lillian wasn’t in the mood for the photo-op that day. Richard, (brother-in-law and builder of the model) did an amazing job. I’ll post more photos later and promise not to brag about the twin grand daughters next time.
