Exclusive Images From Inside “Arts Exit To Reedville”

, , ,

Just turn left at the huge marsh. Cant miss it.

These images are just in from the newly branded story that shall live on forever. “Arts Exit To Reedville” Hey! Every exciting event is named, why not this. And well, Frank From Falmouth made the connection of Reeds and Reedville. So. BAM, we got us a real legend going on here.

It needs a logo!

And yes, as Art said 1 minute into the reeds as we asked are you okay. Yes, and you are going to get at least two days of stories out of this. Oh Art.. We may get a year out of this now that it’s got a name.

Not to get all caught up in the reeds. But.

Bob Shapton Image, taken from Owen.

I think he is in there? I hear them

Maybe using the lens I can see through the reeds? I wasn’t taking pictures, like a vulture waiting. Not me? No sir.

Love the logo. Love the name, but the images are so painful. It’s good Art has a great sense of humor!

OK so we all know you can’t spell, but now I think you need to have your glasses checked also.

Glad to give Frank@Falmouth all the kudos he deserves, but go read the comment section again.

It is still one of the CRAZIEST WB stories I have ever read!!

Nailed it Troy. I’m surprised someone from Dept. of Natural Resources didn’t come out and ticket Art for damage to “Reedville” but I’m sure glad they didn’t and everyone escaped unscathed.

Yes Troy made the connection, I just applauded his quick wit. Never thought I’d get “credit” for one of Troys posts ! 🙂

Yikes, that is an invasive plant… one of the many things that makes woody boating a bit more complicated than it was 100 years ago.

Yes it was surreal and thankfully everyone was ok. Also a big Thanks to my nephew Jeff (that’s him standing on the fore deck waving at Matt) and for literally getting in the weeds to clear a path.
Yes Molly-O can and will be fixed.

That should be called Art’s Cut from now on.

He was just taking the Scenic route.

    And glad everyone was ok.

Scary stuff. Glad everyone is okay & Molly O is repairable. Lucky for Matt that Art is such a good sport.

Remember fans…the “Scary stuff” is towing by cleat. When one of those comes off under tension of a stretchy rope…Bam…the real Wayne Bomb….careful…drape a wet towel over each end to cut down on the flight.

Man a person has one little mishap, and it becomes WB history. Complete with logo. Whats next T shirts? I agree with Greg It’s a good thing Art has a good sense of humor.

I was riding shotgun on the Molly O. It was amazing the soft landing we had running into the Phragmites. For a fleeting second I thought we were going to make it all the way through as we ended up about 10 feet from daylight. So thankful no one was hurt and for all the people who helped. Had we not been followed by Bob and Matt, not sure how long we would have been stuck. Certainly more adventure than I bargained for heading to the Bryson Island for a picnic.

Now that would have been a GREAT story!

If only Art would have had Katherine Hepburn and Humphrey Bogart to help. Things might have been different😃
