Happy Valentines Day – Share Your Love!

Make a Card for your boat
Today is the big day here on Woody Boater. Today we are asking you to share your true love. Now. this is a bit of a loaded question. Now to make life easier for all of us, we are talking about your boat. Have you given your boat a Valentines Day Card? Maybe go out in the cold barn and say How are you? And remind her that you will be together soon. That very soon…(30 days ish if you have a heart and going to Florida) that very soon, you will both be slowly gliding through the warm waters again. That the sun will feel so good on both of you, and that we will be once again, one. Just look at her when you say this, I bet you will see her glow. And then ask her, do you mind if I share some pictures of you on the internet to show my love for you?
OK, here goes. I love this photo of Halcyon. Lovely soft lines…
She says she will always be my valentine ❤️
49 Century Resorter 19! Can’t wait, engine getting some love this winter! Will be ready to run!
Ready to roll! I think?
With 40 inches of snow in the last week and more predicted I am beginning to wonder if we are going to be able to make it out of the driveway in a mere 26 days.
I see my ’57 Century Palomino every time I’m out at the shop working on the ’38 Century Thunderbolt. Right now – as with many shops – the personal boat takes a back seat. I have a fresh motor for it (61 Mercury 800), most of the hardware is redone, and new upholstery – Close but no cigar. Maybe next year.
Matt, What’s the boat in the header today? Looks a lot like a 1939 Old Town I have in my loft. Except my hardware is in my loft except my hardware is in chromed.
Early 1940’s Kinnen (Kinnen Boat Works, Frazee MN). Thanks woody boater, fun to see Big Red on the header!
Big typo, My hardware is un-chromed
This Love of the boat , wait boats, is going to take all day. It is big of me to have more than one love, so will have to start with the old girl 1930 model 100 . Them move up the line 1936,37’s,39 and so on. I may need some assistance.
thanks woody boater!!! cards were a hit again!
heres a photo of donnybrook with some friends using it

Thanks again Woody Boater!
For us single guys, Valentines is a dangerous time…but I know my Fairchild Scout won’t care if I don’t get her candy…..afterall she is eye candy to me!
John in Va.
Eye candy big time! Love the round port holes….
as W.C. Fields said, women to me a like elephants, I like to look at em but I don’t think I want to own one
A little S&M for Panther. Tied up.
This can be a little dangerous, if the better half see’s us giving “love” and admiration to our boats on this “Valentines Day”, especially if you did not shower her (wife) with a card, candy and or flowers, etc…
I did, so I am ok, and so, here it goes…
My current “Water Love” of course is our 1995 Century Coronado, “Family Tradition”. A perfect boat for us in our LATER years. Can not wait for us to guide through the waters of life.
With 60 degree temps this weekend in West Michigan, in Mid February, it may be soon than I think !!!
After 31 years in storage, my restored 1958 North American “Ocean Express” is ready to enjoy the water again.
All tucked away waiting to begin it’s 60th summer of warm days, sunset rides and this year bringing our Grandson for his first ride
Two loves
Gave my Crackerbox build a little love tonight, then took my incredibly understanding wife out for some good sushi! She’s the best when it comes to this boat disease we all have!
