Ready for show day!

Today is the big day, the day where we all sell the passion to the public. And this years crowd is expected to be huge. The weather here has been jaw dropping and skin tanning!! Today we decided it would be fun to show the beautiful morning light that Lake Dora is famous for. So as you sit in your rainy cold hell, feel the burn.

You can just put your face up to these photos and get a tan?

Morning dew

Even the birds are basking

Lined up!

The water was perfect

Fly into the sun!

The sun loves fiberglass

To be honest these temporary docks are easier to use than the older metal ones!

YNOT Cover up!

Unloading for the show!

Everyone enjoys the sun!

I’ll take the bugs, for the sun!

Florida Head gear is the best!

Stay tuned we have some great photos for this week coming up. T shirt sales have been brisk, and we do still have most sizes in stock. We waited to open yesterday to have shirts for folks today. Gotta head to the show now! Hope to see you there!

Say what yiu want about the temporary dock but I’ll take one that doesn’t rock when you get close gt the edge…

Ride thru the canal to the picnic and back yesterday was fantastic..& only one boat broke down and it wasn’t a woodie.

Jim Staib has lots of trasures you won’t find anywhere else. and he SCAMIi tent has some bargains for the benefit of the kids.

That would be the “SCAMPY” tent, the Sunnyland youth boat building program. We fund the program through donations of just about anything…..boats, hardware, tools,…..you name it! We mentor 4 or 5 students at a time and provide what is required for them to build a boat! We are always looking for students who can devote a few hours on Saturday in the SCAMPY shop and participate under the guidance of a mentor/teacher. When completed, the boat is theirs to enjoy!

OMG!! Everybody take cover, hide under your desks, find a bomb shelter, do something!!!!!!!!!! I think the world is coming to an APOCALYPTIC END!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Matt has used a “Dock Shot”, including lines and all, in the header.
I think if you look through the dew on the windshield you will even see a pontoon boat in the sunlight.

      On another note.

Those folks that own Peterbuilt are fine folks!
They even gave me a bottle of Makers Mark one day.

Sorry to hear about your oppressive heat and insect invasions.

It’s a beautiful snow covered morning up north. No heatstroke, no bugs, no gators, and you don’t have to be Jesus to walk on water around here.

Fabulous pics, Matt! Memories..enjoy the day! I will be indulging myself in March Madness this weekend. It’s a FAR cry from the good times at Tavares, but no snow to move. Best to all!
