Now You Can Create The Mood For That Special Someone, And Then Pop The Question.
Thanks to fellow Woody Boater Bob ” Have I Got A Calendar For Your’ Kays you are now al set to set the right mood for asking the big question. “Honey, I found the boat I’ve always wanted” Bobs “method has yet to be tested. I am sure if may have its pit falls, but if she/he says YES, you are all set. The aroma of the new Mahogany Teakwood scent candle will permeate the room. She/He won’t know what hit them???? They will be consumed with an un controlable need to sniiiifffff. You can find these on ebay by the way. Now, BOB, not me suggests to really nail the mood, put a little gas behind your ears. That will complete the aroma part. Part wood, part gas.. Maybe an open can of varnish in another room. But on a sweaty tshirt with some oil stains on it….TRUST US, if this sets a good mood, you have the ability to own hundreds of boats. You will have no problem finding room for them, since you will be living alone! Please let us know how it goes!
when you smell gas in your mahogany that make you worry so take out the gas behind the ear and your good to go!
Marianne’s birthday is coming up, and I just ordered one. I can hardly wait to see her reaction!
I love the smell of “Blowby & Mahogany” in the morning!!
Who needs a candle when you have a real hull you can burn?
careful not to burn it at both ends…
Soooooo tempted…
I saw these at Bath & Body Works a few months back and got really excited! However, was disappointed to discover that while they do sort of smell like wood, they don’t smell like mahogany at all. 🙁
Heck who needs a candle ?
When I walked into the house after a couple hours of fairing the hull and have a layer of mahogany sawdust stuck to me I am sure all she can smell is the wood …
well not so sure now that i think about how hot it is in the boathouse this time of year.
Does it need to be treated with CEPES 1st and then multiple coats of varnish? What happens then when you light it? Is there a period correct mini fire extinguisher that mounts on the side? How do they get the scent, is it made from pressing recycled boats? Can I get it in Gar-Wood? Oh hell, I’m going back to bed.
Better be held together with true reed and prince screws!
Love that header. I have a Gar Wood ensign that did not originally come with “the anchor”. I wish I could find one. Anyone got one?
Whenever I come home smelling of new boat, my wife gets suspicious. A candle like this is perfect to throw her off the scent!
