Reedville Classic Boat Show, September 11, 2021

This year’s Reedville Classic Boat Show is gonna use up most of the town, including the railway. Yup, The Woody Boater HQ will also have some classics in the water and on land. Not to mention folks docks around town, It’s a small town and actually the homes on Main Street are a show unto themselves.
We will be making some of these, only on sale at the event
This is a one day event, no long weekend, and usually by 3 or 4, the town is back to normal. If you wanted to visit the Railway as fluffed up as it can be for now, this will be a great day.
The Poster? Scott Taylor and his cool Race boat. With Mr B riding shotgun. Or The Art?
Its all about to be printed. I can’t decide if its cooler as a 2 color poster like the art at the top, or a photo. Or both. You know what to do?

Damn, the best East Coast and and Midwest shows are the same weekend. Big decision!
And don’t forget the best show geographically in between.
Next year I’ll be there. 8 weeks until retirement. Currently docked at Mystic Seaport. Will attempt a story for Matt when we return home next week. They have the Charles Morgan hauled out. A story in itself.

Mystic Seaport is very cool place. Not a bad place to be docked. I was there a few years back. Took a tour of the Charles Morgan. I am glad they are keeping her up.

I will be at the Indiana Chapter boat show this weekend on Lake James in Northeast Indiana.
Friday we are doing a tour of the chain of lakes there. Saturday is the show 9 to 4. It’s free to all and no judging!

HA! Ya, I have been working more on this today and added a sunrise.
I like a sunrise/sunset over the “exploding” boat.. 🙂 and sneaking in a subtile or subliminal WB logo somewhere… Still look for subliminal images in the ice cubes of scotch ads back in the day…

Visited the Reedville Boat Show & Worlds Fair two years ago. Had fun and found a few items for purchase.
Instead of the World Fair’s Tomorrowland you’ll now have Yesterdayland in Woodyboaterville

Mr B is a Super Mut, Poodle Maltese, Seem to be the dominent genes. He is also Blue Mearle.. Lots of stuff. But google malti Poo and he kinda looks like that
