Every now and then a fun observation comes along. You may be trying to figure out the K thing. or not. It’s actually a simple thing, that happened durrng a photo shoot for next years Lake Hopatcong Poster and Calendar. The two big winners are shot.. wait, not that way, although that would make an interesting show. People running for last place.No look at the dry wall screws I used. Varnish? Ha! Gonna be another great Christmas present I’m looking forward to having (a Bob Kay Calendar, that is…shameless promotion but I’ll never forget Bob’s generosity when my daughter was in ICU for 7 weeks – along with your donations initiated by Kentucky Wonder and followed by WoodyBoater readers). By the way – Alayna’s doing great running 5k’s, 10k’s, and 15k’s (speaking of “K’s”) and living the life of a pauper in the world of fine and studio art.
A pontoon boat appears in yet another thread! Does anyone make a woody pontoon – not like Kon-Tiki….but ya know…??? Who knows, it might be the next big thing….

Wait, 2019 is already available? I am still enjoying “Redwing” from August in the 2018 edition and now I have to think about ordering for next year already? This is like seeing the Christmas displays in stores before Halloween, I am getting stressed!
Bob, do you do larger prints? I could use some wall art in my office.
My problem is I can’t bear to throw the past year calendars away, just like to keep ’em and browse those great shots again periodically. I think I’m on the edge of hoarding.
I have all my past Bob calendars in my office. The non leap year calendars will be correct again in just a few more years.

WHY are transon waterlines so high, Port, and port-side?
Interesting observation, didn’t notice it until you mentioned it, then after looking at it I initially thought it was an optical illusion (being yellow was so prominent). With the captain on the diagonal opposite corner, would that cause the port side corner to “bob” up to expose more of the port side corner of the transom?
