Tomorrow – V Day! Are You Ready?

This you can print and place on a nice colored paper.. Take it a notch up and 5200 the print to the paper.. That smell will play well later.. Shower first so you are not blaimed

It’s that time of year again… Valentines Day is tomorrow. Have you made your classic boat card yet? No Matt, I bought mine at Walmart… DEAR GOD MAN, have you lost your mind? A WALMART Valentines day card.. Did you also pick up those tightly whiteys, with “Home of the Whopper ” on them.. Here is how it works for all the new folks out there.. Its not a Valentines Day card.. It’s a chess move.. You don’t get many of these.. Mike Mayor tried this last year, and it worked, he has bought a ton .. several tons of classic boats and is still married. Mike of course went the extra mile.. added chocolate and some other things..  Each year we look for cool classic boat Valentines cards to share with you, our fellow Woody Boaters. Click on them, and print them, make your own card.. She, he, will love the gesture of a homemade card, and you have planted the Classic boat seed for future needs.. Still want to use your Walmart card….Just think how ticked she will be a month from now when you find that boat..”You Always Wanted” should have made her a card! So with out further adoooo, cards!

OK, this is NOT a woody boat.. But a great line.. And a brillent chess move if you are in the market for a Higgins.. You can use this card as a segway into the topic of U Boats and how Higgins boats...yad yada.. If she is still awake, you may have a chance.

This one is special... It's Huge..and a cool boat. With a HAT! . I also like the idea of a big heat on the bow. In real life this is also a moving card. See below

Not the position of the driver and his boatress.. And the fish.. You can make them swivel..

This one was a huge hit last year. If you are new to this, this is a sure fired winner..

If you are in the dog house this one may work.. And the perfect Valentines for you Woody Gals out there.

We here at Woody Boater wish you luck. Go forward and try this out. For 3 years this has worked for many Woody Boaters.. I would not suggest anything that I myself would not do. Today I am making a card shaped like a boat house, with a special line, when she opens it.. You guessed it.. A vintage boat card.. Print a card image on a pillow? Say something like.. I dream of you and I in a boat this summer.. If you have any great lines to share.. Comment away. Your fellow Woody Boaters need ideas ASAP!

All I really need to know about how to live and what to do and how to be I learned in kindergarten.

    Share everything.
    Play fair.
    Don’t hit people.
Put things back where you found them.
    Clean up your own mess.
Don’t take things that aren’t yours.
Say you’re sorry when you hurt somebody.
Wash your hands before you eat.
Warm cookies and cold milk are good for you.
Live a balanced life – learn some and think some and draw and paint and sing and dance and play and work every day some.
    Take a nap every afternoon.
When you go out in the world, watch out for traffic, hold hands and stick together.

Hey Matt, don’t forget this one: “Don’t eat paste.”
Or was that one not important to your teacher.
    …It could explain some things…

The cards do work. I made one last year and Kathy came out on the boat just about every time I used it. Also no complaining about my fishing, kayaking or boating costs in general. Oh, I also paired the card with Godiva chocolate and a ruby and white gold necklace. But I’m pretty sure it was the card that did it so this year I’ll eliminate all that un-needed stuff.

Isn’t it supposed to be VB-Day? (B for boat.) I tried VW-Day (W for Woodie). But too many would mistake V for Volks and W for Wagon.

That Buoy-o-Buoy boat looks like a Sea Sled to me. Remember those?

Is this turning into a geek conversation about sea sleds? And you wonder why she rolls her eyes at you! I am trying to save the other 364 days of the year here..

Thankyou. With the money I saved I will put a gallon of gas in the tank. That will get me out to the island and back in August. I need all the help I can get even though I have no boats in my sights at this time. It never hurts to build emotional capital just in case. Works for non-boat situations as well.
