Kevlarbike Reports In From Toronto It’s Like A Crossover Report.

This looks like a ton of fun!
A huge thanks to longtime fellow Woody Boater Kevlarbike who is also a monster on Instagram and Facebook. We have been sharing stuff since the very start of WoodyBoater and its fantastic when it all comes together in one place. Kinda like when Batman would be in the same show as Superman. Mmmmmmmaybe not, maybe it’s more like when the Power Rangers and Ninja Turtles crossovered. “Morphin Time”! And yes that is the correct spelling for them.

Oh! It happened
Here is Mr Kbike’s report. Ya, Kbike is his hipper rap name. Keep’n it real for my homey’s homies? People that like to sit at home? maybe I should stick to Kevlarbike.

Riot describes exactly what a ACBS boat show is like
The Toronto ACBS put on a great show, thank you to the organizers, sponsors and the boat owners for putting in the effort so we could enjoy the tradition of a Muskoka Boat show
Whether its cruising on a Steamship like the Segwun out of Gravenhurst Wharf or a raceboat its incredible
The craftsmanship and attention to detail is the hallmark of Muskoka boats , check out the wood grain on the transom

Nice Thanks
Muskoka boats are, well, Muskoka boats. They are really something special. Muskoka and Lake Rousseau are also some of the most beautiful cruising water that I have ever been on.
Thanks for the great report!
Thanks, Greg, for letting Ronnie and I tagging along in Tiger Lillly. That trip still ranks up there in our top five Classic boat tours, so many memories, flash back looking at today’s pictures.
You just do not know how much boating history is still alive and apricated till your visit this area.
GREAT looking show!
Thanks!!
Has anyone heard from m-fine? Did he OD on bacon?
Great show! Thanks for sharing. We have not heard from m-fine or Chug-A-Lug in a while. Check in guys. We would love to hear from you.
Matt, I think you can milk this story for another day with new captions about the fenders.
Thank you for the photos! The Muskoka boats are always so beautiful and rare, because most of them are completely custom built from the beginning.
Shania, the boat identified above as an S-cockpit Greavette, is a runabout model from 1949. The cockpit is more like a C, with the front row added, and a removable seatback in the center of the front row. A very convenient arrangement for moving around the boat. See the photo of our boat below.
Shania’s serial number is three digits behind ours, closer to original, and beautifully finished.
