Live-ish From Lake Arrowhead California.

,

Woodys Rest WahiniThanks to fellow Woody boaters Marten and Theresa Anderson we get a nice live -ish report in from one of the nicest lakes on the west coast. now its a small lake, but the folks there make it feel big with true passion and kindness. For those of you unfamiliar with lake Arrowhead. Head out of LA east ish for about two hours to the top of a mountain, and BAM, there you are in an Alpine Village with a lake. no kidding. And the boats there are true California perfection. The show usually has a great collection of Woody Cars as well all mixed in on a wonderful day of coolness. So sit back and enjoy the report. thanks again to Martin and Theresa!.

Wait, there’s still a lake in SoCal with water? How many years until this show is a land based show?

They will probably drain the lake to make “clean” hydro power and irigate marijuana fields.

A BIG Mahalo to Marten & Theresa for their coverage of our 31st Lake Arrowhead Antique and Classic Boat Show. This year’s show was well attended by over eighty members at our Saturday night awards banquet. Although the water level was down this year, It didn’t deter thirty eight Woody and Classic boaters to enjoy the 85 degree weather. A fantastic time was had by all
