Smith Mountain Lake. It Can't Come Soon Enough!

I can’t watch the news anymore. I see myself selling apples on the street corner. HA. But in the mean time I am heading to Smith Mountain Lake here in Virginia in 3 days. Wooohooo. I am going to be with friends and my boat. Turn off the TV, and use up a ton of gas. Dam the torpedoes. I am finishing my game of cards as the Titanic goes down. This years show will be a ton of fun. The weather this week here in Ole Virginie is a nice 75 with little humidity, thanks to Ike! If you are even thinking of something to do this weekend. This is the ticket. Looks like right under 50 boats are planning on being there. A mixture of very nice over restored Lake Queens and stuff dragged out the barn. Sounds perfect to me.
