In order to keep things all the same, the countdown is calculated by the day of the show. Otherwise it would be confusing. okay more confusing, okay, wait. Today is Monday and 6 days from today is Saturday? What, wait? Hold on. Wait, WTH.. 3 days. How did I miss three days. Oh god..

You already missed one heck of a weekend of vintage race boats in Tavares. 45 vintage boats from small outboards to the large unlimited hydroplanes of Miss US and Concordia running on the course at the same time at speeds over 130mph. I had the opportunity of a lifetime to ride passenger in Concordia for five laps.
Today we tested the Gold Cup boat Nuisance on Lake Dora.
Kent O Smith was in town taking 1000’s of pictures and is resting up for a big few days of antique boats. He will be setting up a couple of photo shoots throughout the weekend.
7 days from today you will all be headed home and us locals can have the Dora Canal back to ourselves.
