The weekend of July 7th we will be in…. on Lake Mohawk New Jersey. Maybe we will be in the lake, I suppose it all depends on the boat we are on.. Ya never know.. Last year we attended the first show at this lake, and it was a huge success, this year more boats and more fun are expected. Even Miss Sparta showed up for a photo op! The standards of the boats here are world class by the way. This is a non ACBS event and hosted by Katzs Marina and Woody Boater.
A stunning Higgins on the Lake! This is a magificent Lake with very cool 1930's homes around it.
It’s not a judged event, this is were folks just want to have fun and hang out and talk boats.. I can also say, that there is going to be an AMAZING BARN FIND there.. Just yanked out of Michigan. And no, its not the whaler. This one is jaw dropping.. Lake Mohawk is a private lake in New Jersey less that an hour from Lake Hopatcong. If you can’t guarantee Miss Sparta 2012 will be there, I am not sure it is worth the trip. An event like this needs a celebrity draw.
I know, I will have to find out if she will be there. i am sure she has to ask her mom if its Ok to out.
Wish we could do one in the Hamptons, celebrities falling over each other out there. Get Billy Joel involved, he was at the Montauk Blessing Of The Fleet with his downeaster Alexa.
