A Beautiful 1936 19′ Chris-Craft Runabout

Fellow Woody Boater and Proprietor of Fine Wood Boats – Jim Staib traveled up to Okauchee Lake, Wisconsin today to check out the Antique Boat & Car Rendezvous at Karl Johns house.

This unique and popular event is organized in conjunction with the Glacier Lakes Chapter ACBS and features a wide range of beautiful antique boats and automobiles of similar vintage… Some very impressive stuff here, check it out.

    Hats off to Jim for sending the report. I was there and it is quite a unique setting for this event. Old Tall trees and a nifty lawn to shade us from the sun. Plenty of refreshments and a great picnic lunch of pulled pork sandwiches and salads. That Lincoln V-12 was a hit.

      WoodyGal – Good choice. That Ford GT would be a perfect boat hauler providing you didn’t have to go too deep at the launch ramp…

    I was wondering about the mahogany outboard boat with the mercury engine featured in the picture of Classic Boats Arriving at Karl Johns House, 2nd picture down. Cool outboard boat and would like to see more pictures of this boat
