Look For Us At The Show!
We are all set…ish, the banners are done, t shirts, check, hotel room, check.. All thats left is the 15 hr drive, and a stop in Savannah to see our son the artist. Above is one of the new banners we will have at the show. This sucker is 6 feet tall. The header today is courtesy of Texx who is at Sebring on his Harley taking in the fumes, he will also be reporting from Wooten Park on the race boats! I can smell the fumes from here! Ahhhhh. Go Texx GO!
I hope Texx survives until the boat show next week. Sounds like he’s having TOO MUCH FUN! Go Texx Go!
Love that the car in the header is in WoodyBoater SOV Orange.
I think that hearder says it all! Go Texx!
So, you can rent a GT3 from Hertz now? Cool!
Go Texx Go!
(I guess the Ferrari’s were so far ahead of the Porsche they were already out of the frame?)
Keep shootin’
I wonder what he thought when he looked in the rearview mirror and saw Texx on his Harley with camera in hand.
Local PBS broadcast (U of Fla) says the weather forecast for next weekend is “soggy”. I hope not!!!! Woody Gal, bring us good weather!
Lake George today
Really? We still have bob houses on Lake Wini!
Randy, that’s Lake George in Florida. The St. John’s River runs thru it.
Yah I was wondering where the mountains were
Gators in that lake…
Texx you have 100 octane in your veins! Great shot just wish I could smell it.
At Sebring I was drafting the GT3 Porsche down the straight on my Harley-Davidson and missed the turn – and ended up in Daytona…
If you like motorsports, Florida is the place to be in March.
Today we attended the Classic Raceboat Association Spring Thunder event on Lake Dora and it was great. Tune in Sunday for that story.
I’m coming over in Feb 2014. I bought my son tickets to Daytona for his 21st. We wont be staying through March sadly.
We were out in the lake watching the race boats, best seat in the house out there. Anchored the Skiff, had a few beers and got a sun burn. Perfect Saturday in March!
Tomorrow – St. Johns river Cruise!!
see you there Paul, headed up from Palatka Sunday assuming everything floats and fires. Bring it on.
by water that is.
We are leaving shortly for Sanford and will do the whole northbound cruise in one day. We wil have a long day on the river, but isn’t that why we’re here? 150 miles of boating beats 480 miles of driving and/or a bus ride (at least when the weather is nice)
See you at dinner!
We had a good seat too…
Ok, that’s the best seat in the house. Karen loves those things, don’t know that she’ll ever get one though.
We’ll be watching for you Paul!
