Monday, I Am Lost For Words, It’s All Yours.

No really, nothing comes to mind. Just a blankness of a truly fulfilled man. Let the countdown start over. 365 Days til Dora again.

This one image sums it all up. Gator, classic boats, being towed in, and a dumpster fire..I hope.

True happiness

Yeah, assuming it’s a week long event it’s only 358 days! Any chance I can get in on a woodyboater.com group Airbnb next year? I am going to do it and drive down with my Continental

Steven: Here is how to make that happen. Rent a house (whatever size you choose) and offer rooms out to your WoodyBoater friends to share it for the week.

That is how Sandi & I have done it and we now have regulars like m-fine, j-fine, and DrJLJAM. This year DrJLJAM could not make it so Ron Stevenson filled in.

Looked like a perfect week of warm weather, sunshine, good eats, successful completion, celebration and boat rides of B, laughter, and overall wood boat comaraderie. Even a documented “tow of shame”. Does it get any better than that?
so, Dixie Flyer: Does anyone know what make, year etc.. that boat is?

I can understand your feelings Matt , and others. I have been involved in both car and boat shows. The days {sometimes weeks} before the show, you are consumed, with touching up, detailing and getting everything ready. You are a little nervous. At l east I am. Then there is the show, you are talking with people interacting, just enjoying the moments. It is very stimulating. Then just like that it’s over. The next thing you know you are home alone with your beauty. Just lookin at her and reflecting. It is a good feeling, but somewhat empty. Boy I rambled on today didn’t I.

I had grand plans to attend this year until my company’s founder passed away, so I had to cancel my reservations. It is my most favorite event of the year! Cheers to all who were able to be there!

Scratching on the break is easy. Doing it back to back is more challenging! That said, if you think I am the world’s worst pool player, you haven’t played with Larry! I am only the second worst!

A phenomenal show indeed – as always. Hats off to Terry Fiest, his team, and the Sunnyland Chapter ACBS. Great seeing Team Woody Boater – and grateful to have picked up some WB swag. Keep up the great work!
