Here is one of the clips from the video below!

For those of you up near Niagra NY, summer is still alive and well. The good folks of the Niagra Fronteir chapter put together this Youtube video to give you an idea of what the show is all about. Now this is last years, not this years. If it was this years then it would either have already happened, or they can perform magic. So its a magic video of this years show that hasnt even happened yet. Let us know how close they came if you go. OK, that’s enough joking around, its Friday, and time to get going someplace there is Varnish. You can find out more by clicking here.. Thats right, right HERE, not there, HERE!

Let’s see, between client meetings, and kid activities like softball practice, Irish dance, softball game, baseball game, football practice, and football game, I should have oh about 18 free minutes this weekend to get to B-lo, check out the show and get back.

This show has everything! Friday cruise to downtown Buffalo. Saturday the big show with lots of cruisers ,wooden boats, cars, and most importantly race boats running most of the day. Sunday they cruise around Grand island to the mouth of Niagara Falls. It is like combining the two weeks of Tavares into one weekend show.

Oh and don’t forget about the wings.

This weekend is also the Last Blast of the Season Boat Show for the Michigan Chapter of the ACBS at Port Huron. The display area will be along the banks of the Black River just up from the confluence with the beautiful Blue Water of the St. Clair. So I’ll be there and not Down River at Buffalo. It’ll be a great time with lots of boats and a Cruise tonight down to St. Clair for dinner, the show for the public all day Saturday with entertainment abounding ending with another cruise out into Lake Huron or down the St. Clair (weather dependent) after the awards presentations and then ending with a Sunday Brunch Cruise to the Old Club at Harsen’s Island. So if you’re anywhere in the area or don’t want to travel all the way east for Buffalo then here’s your opportunity.

Even with the rain last year my wife and I feel this is the best show with the most friendly people of ANY show we have ever attended. We were going to take Purple Haze up next year, but they are moving the show to the second weekend from now on. We will be going in 2016.
