Clayton Photos, Stay Tuned For Clayton Stories.

Oh anyone can take shots of stunning boats. Only our trusty reporters find the…well.. What in the heck is this guy doing? – Photo Kent O Smith Jr
This week we will have stories on Clayton from Reporter Cobourg Kid who spent two full days there and has three stories on the boat show, the ABM’s impressive boat collection, and a Friday afternoon cruise with folks from the Champlain ACBS Chapter & Michael Folsom from the Antique Boat Museum. In the mean time enjoy Kent O Smith Jrs Photos of the show. MORE TO COME.
Like always, a small bit of rain can make some very cool pictures.
And then the rain stopped. Just like that!
Rescued by Chris Johnson – one of 5 built – 1946 Gar Wood 22.5’ utility. Owner was going to cut it up…Chris rescued it from NJ and had a complete restoration done. Rough hull done by Jim Murdock. Rest of restoration done by yours truly – me- Cutwater Boatworks.
And now some nice flag shots. Thanks Kent for sending in these cool shots. Stay tuned through the week for some amazing stories.
Looks great!
Can’t wait for those stories.
I hope one of the stories is explaining what that guy is doing looking down the tube.
He’s a judge checking for non original bottoms.
I dunno Jim. He’s pointing that thing away from the boat.
Here’s another theory: he’s very, very thirsty?
Dropped his keys?
I think he is sniffing exhaust fumes for a cheap buzz.
He’s checking on Matt taking underwater pictures.
Survey says…..YES – the tube has glass on the bottom….he was looking for an item dropped overboard….not sure if it was keys, or a hat, or what….
YEAH!
Had the distinct pleasure of viewing and judging “Barnegat Belle” at the June St. Michaels show. Congratulations to all involved in the restoration. Beautiful job! CQ
Nice header. Nice mix of boats with plenty of Lymans. Next to Ohio it is Lyman country.
Ditto that. Beautiful photo.
