1952 Hinkley? Launch For Sale Here On The Northern Neck. Start Your Own Yacht Club

This beautiful Launch was originally believed to be built by Hinckley and was used as the yacht club launch for Stamford Yacht Club. Around 2017 the International Yacht Restoration School in Newport, RI completed a total keel up restoration. Yup home of our very own Bjorn Bakken

Located at Tyffany Yachts

Beatrice, not Bjorn… to be clear. is constructed of cedar on oak frames with bronze fasteners, teak decks and covering boards, coaming, and transom. She has a side console with vertical tiller and the recent addition of a fold out seat. Seating for guests in the stern and bench seating forward. The bottom is tightly constructed and easily goes from winter storage to service in the water with minimal swelling time.

Very nice lines and one hell of a cocktail cruiser

Powered by a 38 hp Nanni Diesel she cruises along at 6 knots. We believe the engine was replaced during the renovation. Other equipment includes: VHF Radio, Garmin GPSmap, Bilge pumps and high water alarm, running lights, New Bimini Top, Canvas winter cover, plenty of safety and general boat equipment. A trailer is not included.

Perfect lines

You can see it here with one click…Okay then you may want to call them, and talk, and then come visit. I have seen the boat in person and its a VERY nice boat for sure.

Beautiful boat although somewhat limited in its use. It took me a while to figure out the vertical tiller. I have not seen that before.

Damn it, I need this like hole in my head, but I want it! Classic yacht club launch to haul owners and guests to their YACHTS lying lazily on their moorings. Very common arrangement on north shore of Long Island into New England. Think big tide changes. THANK GOD the price is where it is, otherwise, I could be very stupid. Not sure why I am drawn to it other than nostalgia for my years growing up. The vertical tiller very common on these, Chesapeake Bay work boats and other areas where quick maneuverability is required. Think hard left to hard right in one quick movement.

Beautiful weather this weekend, here in northern KY. Great ride in the Aristocraft – even had the mighty Ohio to my self for a few minutes.
