Crispy Day Reminder. Okay, I Want Heat Back.

Dock Dining at The Crazy Crab in Reedville VA.

For us here in Virginia it was a cool 58 yesterday, and you know what? I am okay with oppressive heat. Ya, it was beautiful, ya, it was great to work outside. But this was a bit of a drop. A reminder of the joy of winter to come. Funny how 58 yesterday was cold, and 58 in April is warm? I was able to get out the Faribault Blankets and that made a huge difference.

Crispy Color sky was amazing

Very intense light

All is well in color

And BW

And on Lake Hopatcong. BRRRR – BBBob KKKKKays..

Did you get out there? Blanky’s? Hot coco, Fire pit in the boat?

we were camping in our RV last week in the upper part of the upper peninsula and woke up to 28 degrees, heavy frost, AND a frozen water hose outside.
And that was also the morning we needed to pack up all the sewer hoses, electric cord, etc, at 7 am to drive 10 hours home. I am still thawing out…

Overnight lows in the 30’s here with “thick frost warnings” throughout the Finger lakes. Jaxon has us beat with 28. Tobler is jealous!

Great pictures! Of course, still sweltering heat here in Daytona Beach, but that’s why we live in Florida. I’m definitely ready for a break tho.

Although the calender doesn’t say so. Summer is defiantly over in Michigans beautiful Upper Peninsula. Heat on on the Cabin all the time, frost in the mornings, and trees are definitely turning. Jackets on when boating. Very pretty!

Just got done taking the first boat out of the water for the season. Here in northern lower Michigan the weather and colors can be spectacular but iffy as we just had three nights in the thirties. The plastic boat will stay in until mid-October.

… ahhhhhh, the temperature is always comfy here year ’round — and boy, does that make it a lot more fun!!!

There’s lots to like about cooler weather, but it certainly does increase the Shrinkage Effect. Talking about the hull gaps, of course.

Beautiful Pictures Matt. Thanks. Brings joy on a cold rainy day in the frozen North. I’d really like to know what photo equipment you used.
