Evacuating From Helene? How Aboat Missouri?

The U hauls are circling

Turn lemons into lemonade. ROAD TRIP…to Missouri.  No Hurricane! Storm surges, wind.. You get the point. AND, this little Speedliner is for sale. At a very reasonable price. WIN WIN!

Not Grandview MONTANA! I made that mistake

Grandview Missouri!

Very cool lines!

Coming and going

Of course it’s on Facebook marketplace, the Wild wild west of online buying and selling. But, very effective and has all the same fun of a really crazy flea market. I know, I know I hate facebook as well. BUT? UGH. Anyway, this is one bad ass little cool SPEEDLINER and you could use the evacuation as an excuse to go get it with the wife…X wife and kids. An Adventure.

Oh ya, love me an old Mercury.. I know. I know. Wrong Mercury, just roll with it.

FLOOR IT!

Love it

I think I’ll pass. Winterized Water Lily yesterday, so boating season is officially over for me.
(Don’t tell anybody that a will still get a few fall color rides in on the p—————n boat!)

A little confused, the seller is listing the boats location in the “other” MO state – Missouri. Looks to be just south of Kansas City. Unfortunately, a possible track for Helene. LOL

Ahhh crap! I just had to rebuild todays story. UGH. There is a Grandview Montana as well. Who does that. MO? MONT? MT? I guess I know the direction todays story will go. The Montana part was the fun part. Missouri is too close to Helene? Oh never mind.

OK I slept in a bit this morning…very tough day yesterday. In an hour I seem to have missed out on a lot. I think I have the Missouri/Montana “thing” figured out. The Speedliner is pretty cool and doesn’t take up that much space. Best of all, it is unrestored and sounds like it was taken care of. I love road-trips!

This is genius. Came across it a while ago. He built this into such a hilarious skit. I love the wisecracking secretary Dottie.

Do not have Facebook to see the pictures but a Quick Look I would say that someone switched the operating area. Should be run from the stern cockpit
