One with a 350 and the other with a 454. Mark our words, one day this will be a very sweet thing to have.. Like tomorrow. I have no idea what the reserve is, but that’s up to you.. Either way, if you found a classic Z/28 in a garage, wait two Z/28s in a garage with 4000 miles on them… What would they be worth. Here is the link on ebay.

Apparently there’s a German extension of WB now! We will be on the look out in Hamburg next weekend. Also if any Europeans want to host us, we can make a weekend trip!

Now two of these would be fun! Oh wait, I already have two of them. Ok, four of these would be great…

Hmmm. Wondering if this is how Rabbit got his nickname…

Remembering back a bit, I & Karen actually went Woody Boating near Berlin back in the summer of 2001. We were on a lake outside of Potsdam with our AFS adopted daughter’s parents. Can’t find the photos but remember slowly cruising past a beautiful historic palace and being joined by the Water Patrol who asked us to “slow down”. We were barely moving as it was but Kathi’s father slowed her down (by adjusting the idle speed). Don’t know the boat brand or age (didn’t know I should have cared at the time) but it was wooden and fairly old.

I used that “Donate” button last evening. Try it, your coffee will suddenly taste better if you do. Mine did this morning!

Ok, I hit the donate button today and Al is right, the coffee does taste better. Now if I can just convince my wife that I need 2 XKs like Alex, without selling anything I already have, I bet the coffee will taste the best ever!

You should feel guilty, Tim. That boat belongs in the water, and you belong behind the wheel. Don’t deny either of you that pleasure.

Hey Matt, a suggestion for increasing pledges: You offer one of these XK’s as a premium for pledge levels of $25K and above.

I’m sure you will get more than (2) takers so you may have to find a few more — keep searching eBay!!!!!

      That’s a great idea.

They can be bought unrestored for $2,000 – $3,000 each.

Heck, for a $25,000 donation, Matt’ll have a profit center!

Of course, then he’ll start smiling kinda funny. Because he’ll have so much coin, he’ll have built himself a crystal boathouse, complete with large pipe organ.

And there goes the 501c3 status.

Isn’t there some way I can just feed some cash into my laptop to donate so I don’t have to get up, find my wallet, try to read those stupid little numbers, and codes, and remember how to spell my name and then what happened to autofill?
