Yeah, the idea of classic boating and swingers seems a little odd for sure, especially with the images provided on the link below.
It looks like an early gathering up in Michigan??? How fun is this?

Not the Slides, but did get Photo’s from the widow, She did make commits that her husband was a real Playboy in the day. Looking at the slides I see they were real Waterboys
You find the darnedest things on E-Bay.
I will say that the more I talk with people the Swinging Lifestyle is far more entrenched in our society than I ever realized.
Troy, You never disappoint us. I wish I had your photo library/ability to retrieve pictures from the web. The swinger photos are sold. I hope that you bought them. They would be used wisely. Keep posting!

I used to correspond with a modelmaker in St. Clair Shores. He then suddenly told me his main thing was “swinging” and that there was a big scene in that town. Could it be a Michigan thing? I was suddenly very glad to be in England!
Okay all this adds to another reason to visit the big Lake Huron Show this fall. Dang.. Who knew?

Perhaps you could ask the seller to pass on a note to the purchaser. Maybe he could copy some for you?
I have a friend who in his late 50’s found out that his Dad was not his Father because his parents were swingers in their day.
I ended up with an original 9mm Lugar because of it, but that is another story.
This could be JUST the thing the ACBS needs to attract younger members!!

Mark I hope you got the slides. I know how you would feel. I got a call the other day from a lady who is the granddaughter of one of my boat’s previous owners. He owned the ’51 Holiday from 1956-2006? She has a pile of paperwork and photos that she is going to send me! Can’t wait to see what she sends!
