Connect With Other Fellow Woody Boaters, With The New Woody Boater Connection. What Could Possibly Go Wrong?

Woody Connection large

Last weeks trial run of connecting the boatress with a fun ride out in San Diego turned out very well. Fellow Woody Boaters all came together and a wonderful day was had by all. So yesterday we spent the day trying to figure out how to make it work. To be honest, we are sure the human part will work, it worked before with Iwana Parts, and the boat ride this past weekend. But the technology part may be frustrating? Logging in and signing in seems to always be a reoccurring issue here. OH god what could go wrong?

Thanks to Kentucky Wonder for providing the winning name. In the end the concept is a bit confusing, so a clear name seemed like the right thing to do. Mr Wonder, you have a free tshirt of your choice awaiting you. Just email us so we can set that up. To all those that helped, thanks for a fun day of really fun names and laughs. Band OF Boaters? Face boat, Woogle? All genus!

UPDATE! Sign in is now like normal comments.. And we will be updating  all day as we ..you, us work the bugs out. If you have ideas, let us know in the comment section.

So here we go. We will roll out the New Woody Boater Connection later in the week once all the bugs are working out. So put it to the test.. Lets see if the idea floats!

I think this is in violation of my TRADEMARK writes.

I put up Woody Connection at 8:14 while Mr. Kentucky Wonder slept in and added Boater at 10:37.

WOW those high end sponsors are not going to like this kind of shenanigans.

    PS: LOVE the idea!

I can’t register. After I fill in the fields to create an account and hit the register button, a login window pops up asking for a username and password.

Really like the idea if connecting up for parts! Most of us have extras of things we’re not likely to need and to see them
put to use by those that do need them is great!

    Wait, I don’t see where I click on M4W, M4WW, M4WWW, or M4WWWS.

By this, I mean Men for Whaler, Men for White Whaler, Men for White, Well-maintained Whaler, and Men for White Well-maintained Whaler, Sister-owned.

This ain’t like the Craigslist connections that’s for sure.

Thats why we had an elabrate sign in that failed first thing this AM.. People can reply to your post though and set up something there. My dream was a full site that folks can rate the experince and give feedback.. But it turns it into a huge deal. This way we can all see if we like haveing a place to talk without it being about the topic of the day. Its a simple place to share free stuff and find others to ride around with. Not get advice or sell stuff.

Installing a meter on my boat for people who come to Hessel looking for a boat ride.

    It’s a beer meter. “Beerometer?”

Insert one Michigan microbrew to launch, and one microbrew per nautical mile.

Yeah, that ain’t cheap. But it pales next to hauling your own boat to the area. And it überpales next to actual
    ownership.

Matt, and the academy, thank you so much for this award. It is an honor to be chosen out of so many qualified entries.

Sorry for the late reply. Was out on the boat, and helping others at the dock. More about that later.
